How does it work?
After your laser hair removal session, you may experience some mild redness and warmth in the areas treated. This is completely normal and will subside shortly after treatment.
Our specialised Laser Soothe cooling gel will be applied to draw out any heat from the skin whilst keeping it cool and hydrated. It is recommended that Laser Soothe be applied to the treated area for 2-4 days post treatment or until the skin has returned to normal.
To get the best possible result from your treatment, we recommend avoiding the following for 24 hours post laser hair removal; excessive sun exposure, shaving, waxing or plucking, exfoliation, swimming and saunas, hot showers, excessive sweating and restrictive clothing.
To achieve the best result, it is recommended that you use an exfoliator between 4-5 days post treatment. This is to promote the shedding of the hair from the follicle, assist with preventing any ingrown hairs and allowing the dead skin to be removed to achieve the best result possible at every laser sessions. No. It is actually recommended that you shave the area before being treated. However, waxing, bleaching, tweezing or any other hair removal method that removes the root should be stopped a few days to a week before treatment.
We offer individual and package pricing for your convenience. Every patient differs in the way that their hair responds to the treatment. Most treatment areas require between six and eight treatments, but number of treatments may differ from person to person.
Before getting your first treatment you will have a consultation. In your consultation we will determine your skin type, talk about any medications you have been taking and understand your health history. We will review the procedure and any side effects allowing you to make a clear and informed decision.
Smaller treatment areas like upper lip or chin can take only a few minutes, while larger areas like legs or back could take up to an hour.
During the treatment you will be wearing protective eyewear. You’ll be able to see a flash of light but your eyes will be fully covered. Of course our laser technicians performing the treatment wear protective eyewear as well.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We also ask that you shave the treatment area prior to your appointment. We realize that shaving the bikini area or other sensitive areas may be tough for some but we encourage you to try as it is typically more comfortable shaving themselves than if we have to. Please make sure that you are freshly showered with clean skin. No lotions, creams or fragrances of any kind should be worn.
